Spaghetti - a lot like the crockpot version here, but I am going to use ground beef and little something else

ReplyDeleteI just wanted to let you know that the Mac & Cheese I posted on my menu plan this week DID have a wee bit of tweaking to make it a little more WW-friendly when I calculated it. I used 2% milk and low-fat shredded cheddar cheese instead of the full-fat varieties used in the original recipe. And it is STILL super-yummy!

Hey Niki! I was going to use powedered nonfat milk, do you know if that makes a huge difference (taste and/or points) I am wondering if that is maybe why my last mac n cheese failed :(
